Flower Bar @Amara Hotel

It was a proud moment for our two apprentices. A rare moment of social engagement and offsite work. Our two apprentices were beaming ear to ear throughout the night despite being slightly overwhelmed by the boisterous patrons.

MustardTree was engaged by our customer to set up a 'Flower Bar' booth at their annual "Awards Ceremony" event. Setting up a flower bar booth offers the following benefits: 1) Patrons are free to choose and order their flower bouquet of choice. 2) A bouquet of flower for all occasions is a great alternative to door gifts. As the saying goes, “Happiness held is the seed; Happiness shared is the flower.” – (John Harrigan) 3) A CSR activity that promotes awareness, interaction and support.

A 'Flower Bar' booth, as the name suggest, offers a generous spread of flowers, fillers and bouquet assembly services. This is likened to the concept of a cocktail bar except that this bar serves only flower bouquets and not alcoholic beverages. Fully funded by the host, the patrons can order their favorite bouquet while enjoying their food and chit-chat with friends and colleagues.

Our two apprentices did us proud. They did well in helping the team prepare for the event. The flowers/fillers arrived 2 days prior to the event where they were unpacked, trimmed and hydrated sufficiently for the event (70% of the work is done prior to the event). Despite our initial apprehension, the intense environment packed with sensory stimulus did not unravel them. Instead, they were calm and methodical in ensuring the prepared bouquets were distributed accordingly without a glitch. Well Done Team!

Last but not least, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the SP Team for giving us this precious opportunity to partake in their event. Thank You Very Much!
